Go to the Gym 3 days a week
They say that for you to create a habit you need to follow some steps that will help you to keep going and not ban it later on. There are 4 stages that can help you to focus and it will create a cycle that unconsciously will repeat and will go on and on.
The cue causes a need, which prompts a response, which results in a reward, which fulfills the craving and, eventually, gets connected with the cue. These four phases, taken together, generate a neural feedback loop—cue, desire, response, reward; cue, craving, response, reward—that helps you to develop automatic behaviors.
Objective.
As for my personal development, I decided to exercise at least 3 times a week before my day is finished. I'm getting back to it because it helps to finish my day in a better mood and also helps me to feel better about myself. I also took the decision because it helps you control your weight, it gives you energy and it also helps you reduce health risks.
With all that said, I think its a good habit I want to keep for the rest of my life because it will bring a lot of good benefits, I will like to implement at least 30 min of exercise and maybe in a month change it to more time or more times per week.

Reflective.
There are a lot of benefits when we read and talk about exercise and that's what motivates me to start this new habit. It not only helps with the physic it also helps with mental health, through my research, I also found an article that says that people who exercise regularly have serotonin during the day, it busts your energy levels, and helps you sleep better.
As mentioned before I'm going to start with a 30 min exercise 3 days a week, and I'm going to see how I feel at the end of the month, and I'm going to track each day how I feel at the end, so this can help me to make a better decision at the end of that month to see how much I can add for the next one. with this maybe in the end I can reach 1 hour and 4 or even 5 days a week.
Interpretive
It's been 3 weeks since I started exercising and each day I feel better with my self-image, also I notice a change in my humor and I sleep better the nights I exercise. Even though I'm trying to be consistent there are some days that are harder to keep the pace. But I remember the feeling of accomplishment that I feel those days that I do exercise and those are the ones that keep me going.
Decisions
I do feel that I took the best decision for me, and compared to the habits that I used to have, this one is one of the best I started and the one that I can see in my life for the long term.
Also, I'm happy that there are apps that can help you keep track of everything and make it easier in the end.
