S.M.A.R.T. Goals

SMART is an acronym that you may use to help you create goals.

Goals are essential in all aspects of business and life because they offer a feeling of direction, motivation, a clear focus, and clarify priority. By creating objectives, you give yourself a target to shoot for. A SMART goal is a type of goal that is used to help guide goal planning. Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic, and Timely is an acronym that stands for S.M.A.R.T.
As a result, a SMART goal integrates all of these factors to help focus your efforts and boost your chances of success.

Reflective .- 

SMART is a powerful technique for providing the clarity, concentration, and drive required to attain your objectives. It can also help you achieve them by pushing you to establish your goals and set a deadline for accomplishment. SMART objectives are very simple to implement and may be used by anyone, anywhere, without the need for specialized equipment or training.

SMART goals are:

  • Specific: Well defined, clear, and unambiguous
  • Measurable: With specific criteria that measure your progress toward the accomplishment of the goal
  • Achievable: Attainable and not impossible to achieve
  • Realistic: Within reach, realistic, and relevant to your life purpose
  • Timely: With a clearly defined timeline, including a starting date and a target date. The purpose is to create urgency.

Interpretive .-

As I mention before, SMART goals are important for the workplace and even for your life, they're specific targets that you aim to complete in a certain period. When you follow the standards to make your goals it will be way easier to you to complete them cause they will be realistic and measurable and you'll be more motivated to achieve them.
According to one research, 76 percent of individuals who wrote down their objectives, created a list of goal-driven tasks, and submitted weekly progress updates to a buddy met their goals – a figure that is 33 percent higher than those who did not. 


Decisional .- 

In conclusion, I think from now on I will be applying this technic in my life and also I'll suggest it in my workplace, It'll be really helpful just to keep the employees more focused on their goals, and they'll see it as more reachable than before.
